Dr. Henry S. Kurzydlowski
Dr. Kurzydlowski is a board-certified Polish speaking physician in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He has been in practice in the field of Pain Medicine since 1990.
Upon completion of his residency in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at Northwestern University Medical Center in Chicago, Dr. Kurzydlowski remained on staff as an Attending Physician. In 1991, Dr. Kurzydlowski went into private practice in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois. Presently, the practice is focused on Interventional Pain Management.
